We want every Minomake kit to be a hit. If it isn't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return a kit
- Email contact@minomake.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with the return address for your country and the next steps.
- Send the kit back with its contents and keep your proof of postage.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the kit arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we refund the full price of the kit to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
Damaged or torn shells
Every shell is tested to 10,000+ squeezes. If one tears, send us a photo at contact@minomake.com and we ship a free replacement shell. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
Gifts
Gifts can be exchanged after the holidays, no questions asked. Email us with the order number or the name of the person who placed the order.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union also have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase, which our 30-day window covers.
