Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and, in Europe, to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco and Spain.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Every order ships with tracking, and you receive the tracking link by email.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. During the holiday season, preparation and delivery can take up to 10 business days.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, order by December 8 for the United States and the United Kingdom, and by December 4 for Australia and New Zealand. These dates include a safety margin.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking stops updating or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@minomake.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
